    They don't know who it belongs to, so why didn't they just look it up on Wikipedia?

    Its single known aircraft, chartered from financially troubled Royal Khmer Airlines, was flown to Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi, in "late" 2007 for maintenance and abandoned there, suggesting this charter service is defunct.
