    .. is that you can’t go round to them a give ‘em a good slapping.

    They claimed to have a found a problem, but I can't reproduce it.

    I spend all afternoon looking for it and not getting on with my other business and still can't find anything.

    Then I get a IM where they admit that they were being stupid and there was nothing wrong.
