just received a report that York railway station has been closed due to a security incident. The initial estimate is for approx three hours.
If you travel to York or the intervening stations you may need to amend your travel plans this evening.

Breaking News
Are we under attack again? Anyone with a TV?
POLICE SEAL OFF CITY ROAD
Police have sealed off an area around Grays Inn Road in central London after smoke was seen coming from a bus, according to reports.
The London Fire Service were called out to deal with a small fire on the bus.
But the incident was handed over to police and bomb disposal teams after a suspect package was found.
