A simple solution is to wrap it up and post it back to the council.
Make sure not to add the correct postage so they have to pay to get it.

We're all contractors FFS.
Simply buy two houses in areas that have alternate fortnightly collections. Spend one week in one, then the following week at the other.
Sorted.

When I were young and daft, I was on a contract in New York. Around Xmas the bin men went on strike, and people took to wrapping their rubbish in Xmas paper and leaving it in their unlocked cars, in the front doorway, that kinda thing. Worked a treat.

Viz Top Tip No. 376383456.
Want to get over fortnightly bin collections? Simply gather all your neighbourhood foxes into your garden and feed them the rubbish.

- Use the neighbours bin
- Dump bulky or heavy items in the nearest builders skip (at night)
- Bury rubbish in the garden (and move house every few years)
- Hide your rubbish (e.g. under the carpet, in the loft)
- Make things out of your rubbish (e.g. things that run on rubbish or a new wonder drug)
- Sell your rubbish (on Ebay for example)
- Interfere with the bin bar code or chip in some way ( e.g. remove or tamper with or swap with the neighbours bin when she is out shopping or at the dead of night).
- Do as they did during the second world war: Sew secret pockets into trousers and release rubbish gradually as you walk nonchalantly around in the compound (and spread it around with your foot while you whistle).
- Take other people's rubbish away for a fee, then do any of the above.
The following suggestions were considered too wacky to put in with the above.- - Recycle more
- - Buy less of the stuff that your were going to throw away
