Previously on "Going Chartered whilst Contracting ?"
I am currently my my second gig after taking VR last summer and was looking at the possibility of applying for membership of the IET, and chartered engineer status.
I have 22 years of experience of the business, and a HND, have been in team leading and architecture driving roles, but am currently working as a consultant to get the job done - like many people - and wondered at what the chances were of successfully getting chartered status.
