"I think they're just finishing off. Still looks like a student hall of residence though. I think most of the completed apartments stayed empty."
I doubt any place in London can ever be empty. If you only look at all recent new buildings in east london or the one in arsenal: if you think the CW ones look like a student hall of residences, at least they dont look like prisons as many developments look like.
On a positive side they might have co-ed showers if they are student residences

Been once in that Pizza Hut! I was the only one without children :-)
Franco, how could you lower yourself to eating at Pizza Hut? As well as the fact that their pizza stinks and is nothing like pizza, it is the refuge of Chavs on a posh night out.
I guess it must be that permie lifestyle

Not on the river no, but when I take the dogs for a walk in the morning I often walk alongside it.
Franco, you haven't been conned into buying one of those new development "executive apartments with a taste of riverside living" have you? You know, the ones that were touted as exclusive developments but look like student halls of residence and are located in the Premier Lodge car park? Oh, and I quite liked the sales spiel about the "two exclusive on-site restaurants" - a KFC and a Pizza Hut!
