Anyone remember that wan ker Livingstone organising huge St Patrick's parades plus anything else from Russian to Indian celebrtations in Trafalgar Square? I hear he's trying for the first time this year to drum up support for St. George's day. Did I hear you saying that it's to do with the timing - 7 days before the local elections?
