    Once the current crises sorts itself out I will like to see :-
    1. mortgages of more than 90% made illegal - to fall by 1% a year until 75%reached
    2. mortgage payments targeted as part of inflation that BofE have to monitor(as seperate to house prices/loan outstanding).
