There is no disdain, Believe me. I take people for what they are, or pretend to be on here. There was actually no jibe and I fail to see how you thought there was.
I do however play mind games to while away the hours. If I think that you are in the right, I will jump to your defense, as I would with any other poster. If I thought that you were being bullied and were not able, through speed of thought or strength of mind, to defend yourself adequately, I would jump to your defense.
However, if you became overly insulting to the (genuine) female members, a bully to the more timid members, or too crass and callous, I would be all over you like a coat of paint.
The other members of the forum know that I am very very rarely serious, and always willing to apologize when in the wrong, or have gone too far myself.
I do however really enjoy a battle off wits (or even 1/2 wits
)
