They originaly said they would pull IR35 but subsequently changed that to reviewing it. Last I heard that hasnt changed and there is no confirmation that they will do anything to help small business. Big business yes, small business, maybe.

I will be voting Tory for the first time in my life next time on the strength of ID cards. (BTW I didn't vote Labour last time - I did a tactical Lib Dem to try and oust my Labour MP)
