A few years back, I remember working on a contract as the development lead. The PM and I hammered out a job requirement for a couple of dev roles which he then sent over to the agent. Baring in mind I was in the background during their phone conversation as the agent read and confirmed that he had a number of suitable people, I was surprised when the agent phoned me up five minutes later, asking for a favour, to explain what exactly these new roles were!!!!
