    I regularly complain she has been accessing my tax return - keep her on her toes. I think in 2002 they sacked 700 HMRC workers for this?

    What you really need to do if you are not a duplicate id is to get a piece of paper and write "katie CUK" on it and hold it while you are photographed.

    A copy of the days paper would also be nice.
