    They always look better over the phone too.

    It's relatively easy to find someone to take/make calls. It's getting someone you trust not to harm any reputation you may have or want that's the hard part.

    I'm due to outsource a whole load of donkeywork to Get Friday, has nothing to do with customer service though.

    I'd probably hire some nice sounding americans for that if they were cheaper than over here which they probably are.

    Yeah, if it's good enough for Barclays it's not good enough for us.

    I've tried a couple of plan B's over the years. Now I just stick to what I know and hope soon there will be stuff worth investing in, that offers a decent return, and isn't as risky as a trip to the casino.

    My Plan B: Refer to Plan A.
