It's actually Lucy herself. Before you get excited, the photo was taken 57 years ago.

On a more serious note, which film is it from and who is the character? I'd guess it's "Breakfast at Tiffany's" with Audrey Hepburn, but that scene doesn't ring a bell.

Hello I am prawn (my av looks like a sausage stuffed into a sock)
