Attention - please read

I have decided to jump on the attention-seeking bandwagon and tell all about my medical condition.
I have discovered a strange spot on the end of me tub, and last night my willie 'sneezed' at me.

I tried praying - '**** me, God whats THAT'
I tried herbal remedies - ten pints of fosters

all to no avail.
