    Being on the bench I've also had the unwelcome calls about permie roles too.

    I can just imagine the grief right now, and for the 50k they were offering, they can shove that.

    Forgot to add the 4 weeks holiday allowance too...

    I fear he's having an effect on my thinking.

    I'm starting to get approached about some permie jobs paying more than my normal contract rate. They are more senior, but frankly I wouldn't mind some more responsibility as I'm usually quite bored in my contracts and finding it hard to move above senior PM roles.
