Thanks for the suggestions about opening the curtains, but at this time of year it's jolly freezing and the heatings on full blast.
And before you ask, yes I actually do find the lack of sunlight pleasant. I'm much more of a night owl (I loathe working during the day to be honest. It's more quieter and peaceful at night).
