Not really what you'd think of as a Christmas lunch destination but if you are looking in the city for something different you won't go wrong with a seafood experience at the Royal Exchange. The fruits de mer are especially fine.

went there last year. Definitely a good place though, I'd recommend it, they cater for groups, nice high ceilings so you can make a bit of noise

Don't mess around, go to Simpsons. Not in the city but only a short a cab ride away (or one stop from London Bridge mainline).

Christmas Lunch location

Need to organise the contractor's Christmas lunch. Were going to go to the Dorchester, but now looking more in the City area.
