So far this weekend have been unable to tax my car. turns out my V5 is obsolete and is no good. I'll have to wait three weeks for a new one. So I've to drive around with "Tax in Post" (a'la Trotters) on the screen.
Bought my son a ridiculously overpriced leather chair.
Told off wife for not having her books in order, and for buying posh furniture but yet not having essential tools like a photocopier and fax. That would be like being a software house without computers and software, but with the damned best cubicles money can buy.
Now sitting in conservatory and listening to the miserable weather. Hopefully there is a good Columbo on or the day's a complete waste.
Sorry to hear about your turd-like weekend.
Hopefully it'll get better.
My other half is at work so I thought I'd do some paperwork in the office.
Friday evening was our management XMas do, we all got drunk and nobody started a fight!
Yesterday was spent in the pub watching football.
I'm cooking roast beef this afternoon ready for when SWMBO comes home from work.

I went to Birmingham NEC to see the ‘Food and Drink’ exhibition, it was awesome… really good stuff there, the wine merchants were letting everyone do a lot of tasting, so there were lots of merry people around- but there was also all kind of cookery equipment (cast iron, cast titanium pots and pans, electric mixers and all kind of gadgets) there were even displays of faaaaaaaantastic cookers – I was so tempted to buy one of those unbelievable professional cookers, but I thought better of it ….. but I so want a really nice cooker…
Oh and there was some awesome dining room furniture, wow some were really really gorgeous…
