this quote cracked me up from the article...

'IT courses can also help those mid-career, who want to broaden their skills. Vanessa Turner, 48, graduated in 2003 with a BSc in computing and IT from the University of Surrey. She had retrained after being made redundant from Seeboard Electric, where she had worked as a trainee developer for 11 years. Turner is now a senior IT technician at the Sutton College of Learning for Adults (Scola).

    Oracle 9i OCP DBA.

There were lots of people doing Cisco and M$ stuff there, too. It's hard work - certainly not a holiday.

Best of luck AP, it takes some serious nads to up-sticks like that and I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself. In time you'll even come to treasure the more challenging moments.

    Bravo!

I can screw up any form of plumbing, I'm not picky! Unless you really wanted a water feature coming through your ceiling, in which case, I'm your man!

Find another plumber - it's not worth the hassle of doing it badly. Mine was so expensive as I needed an emergency plumber to repair the "work" I'd done.
