I like good quality milk choccy the best. I find dark choc (that is not with mint) too arid, cloying and strong for me. White chocolate is purely for BNP supporters or little kids on horseback wearing Stetsons.
Anything from Hotel Chocolat is going to be great. I like Lindt choc too. Bendicks Bittermints are always in my fridge.
Basically, though, I would eat any chocolate - even doggy chocs - if the world ever ran out of human choc.

Green & Blacks. Any flavour will do.
Mmm... not a bad copy line. Won't give up the day job just yet...

I have to admit, for an occassional departure from the hum drum, I do like a bit of Lindt creamy milk chocolate. And I also like that white chocolate with the vanilla bits in. Actually I also like that milk chocolate M&S do with the fondant centre.
Actually, I think it's only dark chocolate that I don't like - it's not even chocolate - who the hell invented that and decided it should be marketed as chocolate?
Has anyone tried that chocolate with chillis in? - like the Aztecs used to eat (apparently - never met one munching his, or her, way through a bar of chocolate with chillis in while on the way to the weekly sacrifice)
