Bit dissapointing Beenys assets were kept so under wraps....must have been cold
The wife was a nutter, but was the husband a mute ? He seemed very reluctant to speak

Tell me about it ! I've had buyers pull out on 2 houses, one about 20 hours before completion, one yesterday that was due to complete this week. I've managed to resell the more important ( expensive ) one to a cash buyer within 2 days for a good price but the buyer is making worryingly keen reassurances pre completion, so I'm worried. The one yesterday is a knackered old terrace that we had a mug BTLer buying but finance issues held things up and in the end circumstances have let him off the hook. Now trying to decide if I should flog it cheap to a cash buyer or ruin my next bench time by doing it up.

    DOOMED !!!

I loved the bit where she told them to stay in a hotel for a couple of days in case it fell down & killed them...
And yet they still didn't want to move out...
