If you want to invest in property in this way you could try spread betting websites. I think they're expecting the price to go down so if you think property is a good investment you could make a highly leveraged bet and make out like a bandit if it works out.

No - I think MiFID has changed all the rules for them this month, and they didn't bother getting themselves sorted out in time. Oops.

What really cracks me up is that some scammers are allowed to hold seminars on get rich quick in property charging thousands of pounds for that.

I looked at this a while back and thought nice idea but it's a disaster waiting to happen. And now the site has been suspended all week. Glad I didn't put any money in I'd be bricking (no pun intented) myself now
