Sure some will stay (especially those who have kids here early on) but most just come here to earn what is big bucks for them (same as many Aussies and saffers) and while here use that money to buy properties back home (market there is generally forecast to give the best returns in Europe at the moment).
And really who can blame them? a hell of a lot of English I know would leave the UK tomorrow if not for the economics
Growth in the UK for nect 2-3 years = max of 3% pa.
I predict there'll soon be an influx of us getting contracts in Poland.

I can't see families once settled and integrated into society here going back.
