The actual usage is a separate question and it is up to whoever wishes to use it to use it appropriately just like the other icons.

Also, I think the ladies would benefit from having access to similarly looking icon that would say:

Sexist swine!

may only be used:
- by non whites
- when a valid argument or point is being lost (bit like a get out of jail card)
- not applicable to religions
