Current set up is:
Time sheets signed by technical manager
Budget provided by Project Manager
Sit in same team as TM in the week when visiting countries (3 of last 4 weeks) travel with the PM.
As usual TM wants one thing PM wants another. PM thinks that budget means I should do what he says TM thinks that time sheets mean the other.
Just sent a "get your tulip aligned and make a fliping decision" e-mail to get those 2 on the same page
Coping with the M6 is so much more enjoyable than this.
