    I wouldn't bother catastrophising, it's inevitable that one of the three p's will get us (humans) at some point, maybe not in our generation. Whether it be pollution, power (electrical/oil) or population.

    Remember the minute you are born you start dying.

    During recession money tends to flow toward the banks. But the banks are going have some very lean times with maybe a few of the smaller ones going to the wall.

    Where will the money go if there is no confidence in the banking industry?

    Time to buy shares in food, pharmas and oil companies it seems.
