I get your point. But you can't accuse them of wasting anything. What annoys someone (as tight as me) is that we generate the most waste in Europe. Something wrong there.

Good because I've written a letter to China to stop them building a new coal fired power station every month and also sent one to India begging them to stay 3rd world and live in huts rather than airconditioned luxury apartments with a Merc instead of a rickshaw, but I think they are liking the western lifestyle too much.
