    Collapse the page to half screen size, the scroll down so you can only see her bottom half. Then when you think her leg is sweeping around the front try and imagine it is going round the back instead. I found blurring my eyes helped. Not easy though.

    Presumably most have been in a situation where there is some problem really worrying them and no matter how hard they try they keep having the same thoughts over and over again.
    Worry is the minds way of finding solutions to problems, and fades once the problem is resolved or offloaded. If you hadn't found your nose solution, or any other, you might have considered the possibility that you may have been wrong in this instance. Some people find that irrational/emotional/violent behaviour is a solution to that, and all the more reason not to give in or admit defeat.
