    Grauniad is most amusing

    Was reading said tome this morning over breakfast and noticed the same article (20mph speed limits) on pages 13 AND 18. Almost the same article, page 18 slightly shorter.

    Does this mean that the author (Dan Milmo) will get paid twice???
