I don't know, but he was at
England 1-2 Germany in the summer.

And I suspect Blair will be ragaling us with stories of how he sat in the Gallowgate End cheering us on in the 2003 final!

The players obviously appreciated that if they won, and got a bonus, they would have to hand over even more cash to the government.

That's the only reason they are winning - to show that you should work hard and pay more money to the tax man.

I bet he is hoping there is not going to be an england argentina final.

Brown will be speechless when the Scottish are wearing pale blue and white and run up banners with slogans like 'remember the belgrano', 'the righteous hand of god', 'Falklands? No, Las Malvinas', etc, etc.

I haven't laughed so much since Brown said his all-time favourite goal in football is Gascoigne's against Scotland in 1996.

    Brown praises 'fantastic' England
The prime minister has praised England's rugby union team after they fought their way into the World Cup final with a dramatic victory in Paris.

Mr Brown, a Scotsman, said: "I want to congratulate Brian Ashton, Phil Vickery and the whole England rugby team on their fantastic achievement.

"This is a proud day for the country and I wish the team the best of luck for the final."
