    This has not been taken to court because it would provide positive proof of the innacuracy of the devices used by the police.
    Without evidence being produced there is no precedent.

    A spokesman for the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said: "The officer who operated the camera has since retired.
    Bit harsh for getting it wrong. Being asked to retire.
