I think it is the springboks.

Which means they have avoided the favourites, the holders, the hosts, and the team that has won it the most, who all fight it out for the other place in the final!

Not sure I agree. They haven't exactly been stretched yet. Ireland were a shadow of what they claimed to be, and France were like rabbits caught in the headlights.
