That's true, used to be if you saw one it was on a Rolls Royce, nowadays just as likely to be on a Peugeot 206 CC and then you have those who decide it's perfectly OK to move the letters/numbers about a bit

Was looking at moving house a while ago, if I saw the neighbours had personalised number plates...put me right off...esp on certain cars...those Range Rover Vogue things, X3 etc....
