The 'Elf & Safety chappie was told about the potholes in the carpark, so estates decided it was time to do sommat.

Said carpark was out of use from mid July to September 3rd...

So when do they start digging it up?

September 5th...

Poured some concrete over the weekend which has made it even worse than it was with the original potholes...

Ho hum.
