Quite often office calls are withheld, something to do with what PBX they are using. Think something to do with internal lines not having CLI so if an office bod calls and CLI is on then it is the main PBX number that is given out and this is usually not the number to call the right person back on. Hence it is often with held.

4 Days on the bench for me too, and I'm finding the samw thing. Problem is, many of my potential real clients are NHS and their numbers always come up as witheld for confidentiality reasons.

when an agent calls you it always comes up 'caller information withheld' basically they are callin you off a number that you cant return the call.

It is annoying but it's not just agents. It seems to be anybody calling from an office network where there's more than about 3 phones.Originally posted by poser View Postits friday, been on the bench for 4 days now want to have a rant!
Why do agents ALWAYS call you off private number?

A couple don't, but usually they do.
I always assume that if it's withheld, then it's a pimp.
