Which just about demonstrates why one should ignore the Stern Report. It started from the proposition to raise taxes and then sought to back that up. Which is no doubt why the only answer it seemed to come up with was raising taxes (rather than say tax breaks to encourage people to convert their homes and offices to renewable forms of energy)Originally posted by Sysman View PostOne niggle about the Stern Report though:
