    BT are no better.

I've been trying for 2 weeks now to get a phone line into a flat that I've moved into.
The actual line is there, it just needs activating.
The first week, I spent 3 hours listening to "we are very busy, your call will be answered as soon as possible".
The next day, still no success. The following day I finally got through and placed the order and was told that it would take 5 working days. 5 working days later I have still heard nothing and it is still taking me days to get through to BT.
When I do get through (rarely), I get told - "no, thats not our department (even when it is), I'll just connect you" and I get put on hold - again!
Last night I finally spoke to someone who could do something and they said "I can't find your order, I'll have to make another one"! The process takes a few minutes (yet again) and I am told " as it is a stopped line (because the line into the flat already exists) it will only take 2 working days"!

This is from a company who specialise in telecommunications!!!

I'm still waiting to be connected after about 2 weeks and if this latest attempt fails you can be assured that I will be getting another supplier

Sent the feckers an enquiry about their GPS devices. No email response for 1 week . It is Nokia you idiots , how come you don’t have a phone contact number ? You feckin sell phones and don’t have a contact line ? Well if you don’t then at least answer emails.

Phuuu , I am feeling better now.
