But I'm going to stick with my patches and my stupid little plastic fag thing for now - they seem to be doing the job.
Don't use too strong a patch. Turned me into an irritable loon when I did it.
I've only ever seen those plastic fag things in adverts, never in public. They didn't really take off, did they? Don't you feel silly puffing on a plastic tab or do you keep it for private use only?
