How are you getting on with the rest of the permie these days?
I was brought in to introduce a new methodology, tools etc. After 9 months, one of the permie's answered a simple question, "Nope don't know anything about it." I have a feeling the new guy is going to get a lot of support.

I'm looking at it from the viewpoint of the handoveree, as opposed to the handoverer - waiting for people to hand stuff over to me, but they aren't interested either. Ho hum. I don't care, I'm a permie.

I asked for one month handover, said they will only give 2 weeks. Maybe I should have explained the last time I had 2 weeks the new guy didn't turn up and by the time they found someone else, I was gone.

Have you found something else?
