if the employer (end client) is uk based and you spend less than 183 days in the netherlands you will be ok. 3 days a week over 6 months - you will be fine. if however, you go over the 183 days, the dutch tax authorities will want a piece of your earnings. there are varous interpretations of the 183 day rule but iirc a full day means exactly that - it does not include travelling days.Last edited by DS23; 3 July 2007, 06:42.

Cheers. I was more looking to see if I can just keep paying UK tax as the job is based in the UK but with a fair amount of travel to there so I didnt want to do something stupid and become liable in 2 places for tax.
