Anyone catch the first part of Storyvilles Office Tiger on BBC4 last night?

It's a four parter following a US firm that set up ops in India a few years ago and offers BPO to large institutions.

Was interesting to see how they work and how the Injuns are being indoctrinated to long hours and speak US corporate language.
