Other half took a call from them yesterday saying we are paying £9ppm too much

I phoned them today to ask what the deal they were offering and was told

"I don't have any details of anyone ringing you to offer a deal and we have no deals that fit that description "

"I have now reduced your monthy DD by £9ppm and credited you with 2 months (£18)"

Result , but should have said the deal was for less .
