tbh sounds like some bollock general purchasing terms requirement. Are they asking for PL as well?

CO'H did £5M for me years ago - without needing pages of forms filling in like many do.

There is a little link to the right of this webpage called Insurance that may help...

If you a member of the PCG they do a deal, but I'm guessing you are not or you would already know that.
