    Let them know as soon as possible. But don't just let them know - make it a formal complaint against their company. You might get some compensation for distress, inconvenience etc. IMHO.

    Well okay, not him exactly, but I have a letter from solicitors acting on behalf of Pipex saying they're beginning legal action against me for money I've already paid them.

    I'm torn between letting them know of their mistake, or just letting it go to court and taking them for as big a costs as I can come up with.

    I really thought the Hasslehoff name stood for more than this.
