Not really an IT specific one but from my days as a manager at BT (pre IT contracting) one of my managers would quite often bark "JFDI" at me whenever I questioned her logic.
"Just f****** do it".
It is now one of my faves and shout it at the wife whenever possible
In that vein, one of my faves is FUBAR (ala Full Metal Jacket):
