Don't forget PLAN IT would have to resign as company secretary first. So you would have to send forms to PLAN IT as well so they can resign.

Plan It

I am currently with PLAN IT as MSC but in the process of moving from them to SJD. The issue I have is that PLAN IT were down as company secretary, how do I get this changed? I intend to have the missus act as company secretary in the future?
