Simple solution. Ban ALL private cars, except for essential services (medical staff, police, civil servants, MP's, Labour voters).

Utter rubbish. It is widely known that only a small percentage of the £60,000,000,000 raised by the current mototing taxes actually gets spent on the roads. Around 8 Billion isn't it? 13%
