Anyone see the beeb the other day when the New York mayor was going on about them evil capatalist yankee's in their embassy here in London and how they should paying the local charge...and all the while the smug c8nt behind him smiling!

The only person who is even more of a smug c8nt is about to become this countries shortest ever reigning PM!
