Difficult to say without knowing what you do or what you want to do. I do security and the rates are pretty chuffin good but Websphere would be a useful addition to the CV wouldn't it?

Low salaries and promises of training ! To be avoided I would say. You'll likely end up doing your previous contract job at half rates.

I've been offered three roles in the City:

Unix Specialist
Websphere MQ/ App server Specialist
or IT Security Specialist

"Specialist"????? "no experience necessary as full training given"

Half of what I earnt contrating for them but doen't look a bad gig to get training/experience. Any advice?
